Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AntScribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

AntScribe is a daily work journaling application operated by DevJoy Studio LLC. The service is available for individuals and teams to record, organize, and review their daily work activities.

Account Registration

To use AntScribe, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Maintain only one account per person

Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial upon signup. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will have full access to all features during the trial period. After the trial ends, the service will transition to limited access unless you upgrade to a paid membership.

Payment & Pricing

AntScribe offers a lifetime membership for a one-time payment of $49 USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final — no refunds will be issued. Pricing may change for new customers; however, existing lifetime members are unaffected by any pricing changes.

Content Ownership

Individual Accounts

You retain full ownership of all journal entries and content you create. AntScribe has a limited license only to store, display, and back up your content as needed to operate the service.

Team Accounts

Journal entries created under a team account belong to the team or business that pays for the account. Team administrators control access to and management of team content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AntScribe to:

• Store illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated scraping or bots
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Impersonate others
• Violate the rights of others

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. AntScribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

Data & Privacy

Your use of AntScribe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and your rights.

Service Availability

AntScribe is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevJoy Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AntScribe. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
